1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to AstroHealingKendra. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the spiritual consultation services provided herein. By accessing our platform, scheduling an appointment, or completing a payment, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms.
Binding Agreement: Your completion of a booking or payment acts as a digital signature, confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined in this document.
2. Nature of Spiritual Guidance
AstroHealingKendra provides services rooted in the ancient traditions of Vedic Astrology (Jyotish), Palmistry (Samudrika Shastra), and Energy Healing.
Advisory Capacity: Our consultations are designed to offer spiritual perspective, identify potential energetic influences, and provide coaching for personal development. The guidance provided is intended to empower you to make informed decisions, not to dictate your life path.
*Note: For legal compliance in certain jurisdictions, we must state that while we believe in the efficacy of our work, all spiritual and astrological services are technically classified for "educational and recreational purposes" and outcomes cannot be scientifically guaranteed.
3. Professional Disclaimer
While our practitioners are experts in their spiritual fields, they are not licensed medical doctors, attorneys, or financial advisors.
- Medical: We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Energy healing is a complementary therapy and should not replace medical treatment.
- Legal & Financial: Any discussion regarding legal matters or investments is based on planetary influences and should not be taken as professional legal or financial advice.
- Free Will: We honor the Law of Karma and Free Will. Astrology indicates tendencies; your actions determine the final outcome. We do not support fatalistic predictions.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
The relationship between practitioner and client is sacred. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
- Personal Data: Your birth details, photos, and contact info are stored securely and never sold.
- Session Content: What is discussed during your consultation remains private. We do not share your stories or charts with third parties without explicit consent.
- Non-Recording: To ensure a safe space, we do not record video sessions by default. You may record audio on your end for personal note-taking with prior permission.
5. Client Code of Conduct
To ensure a beneficial session, we expect a respectful environment.
- Respect: We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if a client becomes abusive, sexually inappropriate, threatening, or intoxicated. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate birth data. If a chart is calculated based on incorrect time/date provided by you, a new booking fee applies for re-analysis.
6. Technical Requirements
Consultations are conducted online (via WhatsApp or Phone). It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and functioning audio equipment at the scheduled time. Sessions cut short due to client-side technical issues will not be extended or refunded.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided to you (remedy sheets, mantras, analysis notes) are the intellectual property of AstroHealingKendra and are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not publish, reproduce, or sell these materials.
8. Strict Non-Refundable Policy
Please Read Carefully: By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you are commissioning a personalized spiritual service.
Once the payment is processed, the allocation of time, energy, and materials for your specific remedies begins immediately. As these remedies are customized specifically for your unique energetic signature, all payments are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. No cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds are permitted once the transaction is complete, regardless of the timing, as the spiritual work commences instantly upon authorization.
9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
We are committed to ethical business practices. In the unlikely event of a disagreement, please contact contact@astrohealingkendra.com first.
Agreement against Fraudulent Chargebacks:
- You acknowledge that our services are intangible (time & expertise).
- You strictly waive the right to file a "Item Not Received" or "Not as Described" dispute with your bank if the consultation session occurred.
- Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving a service is a violation of these Terms. We will submit this agreement, chat logs, and proof of service to the financial institution and relevant authorities to contest such claims.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
